You will receive an email in response confirming your OPT-IN agreement for EnDCo to continue to use your personal information for the purposes of communicating with you regarding opportunities surrounding electricity import and export at your facilities.
Your data can consist of Name, Company Role/Position, Phone numbers, emails and physical addresses
You are entitled at any time to:
Request to know what personal information EnDCo holds about you;
What that information is used for;
Change/remove all or part of your data;
Change/remove the permissions for which the data can be used
The right to be forgotten – Data will be removed/deleted from all lists, databases etc, except where it is maintained on a Do Not Contact list or where it is required under law (e.g. Name and address on VAT Invoice held for 7 years)
