You are agreeing that EnDCo (EPG Energy Ltd) can hold your personal information for the purposes of facilitating the services that are contracted between our companies;
You will be provided with a prepopulated email into which you should enter your name and company. Please send this email to us.
You will receive an email in response confirming your OPT-IN agreement for EnDCo to continue to use your personal information for the purposes of facilitating the services that are contracted between our companies.
Your data can consist of Name, Company Role/Position, Phone numbers, emails and physical addresses
You are entitled at any time to:
Request to know what personal information EnDCo holds about you;
What that information is used for;
Change/remove all or part of your data;
Change/remove the permissions for which the data can be used;
The right to be forgotten – Data will be removed/deleted from all lists, databases etc, except where it is maintained on a Do Not Contact list or where it is required under law (e.g. Name and address on VAT Invoice held for 7 years)
Where the contract between EnDCo and your company is terminated, EnDCo will retain required contact details for a period of up to 30 months in order to facilitate regulated Electricity Industry reconciliations if required.
