As the electricity market develops and supplier choice becomes more limited, many customers are keen to substitute the risk of striking an annual contract with a more proactive approach to electricity procurement which involves acting directly in the wholesale electricity market. EnDCo has the tools and market knowledge needed to help customers access the electricity wholesale market direct. For example:

For large users, we are facilitating access to the wholesale market in order to minimize imbalance costs and provide more choice over the timing & duration of contract trades.

For generators, we are setting up direct contractual relationships with retail customers to increase revenues and strip out excessive intermediation costs or trading export volumes in the wholesale market, minimizing exposure to imbalance costs and passing through all embedded benefits.

For CHP Self Supply clients we are able to release revenue from their CCA Exemption against the CCL Obligation; and

For financial institutions and non-physical traders, we are creating links to the physical and retail customers to broaden out trading opportunities and reach new markets.
